Research Tips for Alumni

As an alumnus, your library account will be active as long as your school email account is active (about one year).

Even after your account is disabled, you can still research! Your local public library is a wonderful resource. Find your public library here.

Questions you might have:

  • How do I use my library account to log in to library resources? Please view this guide.
  • My library account isn't working! If your account isn't working, please contact the HelpDesk.
  • Does my public library have all the same resources and services as this school library?
    • Your public library will have some similarities. For example, you'll still be able to:
      • Ask a librarian any questions you have
      • Use the library catalog to find books
      • Use InterLibrary Loan (ILL) to get books from other libraries
      • Use the library for internet access
      • Possibly access their databases from home
